  Our 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon,
harvested from the established Central Coast Region of Paso Robles, California, from a small family owned vineyard known for their dynamic growing climate of big reds is now released. The production of this 75 case wine, bottled on June 27, 2007, is sure to serve the pallet with identifying flavors of black cherry sweetness and fragrant traces
of allspice. We fully expect the inherent presence of soft tannins to define notable structure to this fine wine. EROS Cellars, a small boutique winery, established in 2003, situated in the coastal mountains of west Atascadero on Highway 41. Stu Goldman, Winemaker, started out his winemaking as a home winemaker in Atascadero, California in
1989, focusing his talent to developing his vineyard of aged Old Mission grapes,
now grafted over to the merlot varietal. EROS Cellars first wine released was a
2003 Cabernet Sauvignon, producing 52 cases and bottled in the fall of 2006.
We are completely sold out of this wine that received two Silver Metals.
EROS Cellars is a realized aspiration for Stu and may we inite you to share in his
boundless enthusiasm for his dedication to the craft of winemaking.

The 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon,
Harvested from Rainbows End Vineyard, San Miguel, California, a small family owned vineyard beautifully tucked away in the North County appellation of the eastside San Luis Obispo County is now released. The climate is well suited for "established reds" (varietals such as cabernet sauvignon, zinfandel, merlot and petite syrah).
Our 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon is very appealing on release. Since the bottling on 1/15/06 and being in the cellar up until this time, the fruit forwardness and the lingering finish gently gives you a balance of flavors and aromas reminiscent of blackberries and fresh plums. We anticipate our 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon will be well suited for aging, and will further develop secondary aromas that will lavish you in luscious contentment of fruit and expressions of elegant soft tannins.

Date Harvested: October 12, 2003.
Aging: New Barrel American oak for 8 months and remaining in neutral
American oak barrels until bottling. Production: 50 cases.
